Dr.Mégarbane is Professor of critical care medicine at Paris-Diderot University and directs a research team at INSERM UMRS-1144. He is the Chair of the Department of Medical and Toxicological Critical Care at Lariboisière Hospital, Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris, in Paris, France. Notable achievements include several clinical and experimental studies in clinical toxicology, mainly regarding mechanisms of opioid-related respiratory toxicity, prognostic factors of life-threatening poisonings, and management of refractory cardiotoxicant poisonings using ECMO. He is board member of MENATOX.
Aynur Sahin, MD, PhD
After completing her Emergency Medicine Residency, Aynur continued her studies at Dokuz Eylul University Department of Pharmacology, receiving her PhD. Dr. Sahin is postdoctoral fellowship-trained in medical toxicology from Emory University and Georgia Poison Center in USA, 2019. She published several articles about toxicology and emergency medicine in peer-reviewed journals.
Behcet Al ,
Dr. Al received his certificate of Emergency Medicine from Dicle University in 2006. He joined Gaziantep University Department of Emergency Medicine faculty as an assistant professor in 2008, where as of 2015 he is a professor. He is the Chair of the University of Gaziantep Department of Emergency Medicine, and Clinical Toxicology PhD Program in addition to being a board member of The Animal Experiments Ethics Committee at the same institution.
Yunsur Çevik, MD, PhD
Dr. Çevik, Emergency Medicine residency trained, is the Professor and Chair of Emergency Medicine at Health Science University, Kecioren Training and Research Hospital in Ankara, Turkey. He is a board member of EPAT (Emergency Physicians Association of Turkey) and chairman of the Toxicology group of EPAT since 2015. He has hundreds of scientific articles, congress proceedings, and book chapters published . In addition to his other scholarly work, Dr. Çevik organizes symposiums and courses with toxicology content under the name KAPATOKS, and is the editor of the regularly published Eurasian Journal
